My wife and I (mid-30%26#39;s) are going to oktoberfest for the first time this year and will be at the festival during the weekday. Can anyone suggest which tent would be fun (we enjoy cutting loose) but won%26#39;t be a bunch of 18-24 year olds.

Hofbräu tent -%26gt; you%26#39;ll feel at home instantly. Full of english-speaking tourists, brits, amis, kiwis and aussies going bananas
Löwenbräu tent -%26gt; beer%26#39;s no good
Good beer and party atmosphere
Schottenhamel
Armbrustschützen-Zelt
Bräurosl
Ochsenbraterei
more traditional, smaller, less hype
Fischer Vroni
more uppity
Hippodrom
don%26#39;t worry, you won%26#39;t miss out on fun, it%26#39;s the planets biggest beer party and lives up to its standards each year.

I second a nod for the Schottenhamel.

My favoured tent is %26quot;Schottenhammel%26quot; and I think they have the best music.
%26quot;Fischer-Vroni%26quot; is also nice but smaller. Specialices in Fish. Steckerlfisch is very delicious (a fish on a stick, grilled over coal).
