Adidas and Hugo Boss in Berlin?

Are they any cheaper in their country of origin than in the UK? Might I be able to grab myself a bargain?

This is not something you can%26#39;t count on. But you can count on the fact that nowadays practically everything is cheaper in Germany than in the UK. Esp. Berlin (where the GDP per head is below the German average - somekind of strange for a capital).

Good for bargains are the small town where the headquarters of these companies are

Herzogenaurach (Adidas (and also Puma) headquarter)

(near Nuremberg)

Metzingen (Hugo Boss headquarter - the highest concentration of factory outlets in Germany)

(near Stuttgart)

FYI, the Hugo Boss plant outside Stuttgart, I found very few people that spoke English. And make sure you know all of your sizes before you get there, especially on suits.
