Any local Black Forest regional tours??

I am planning a trip to Europe in July. I have one day to see the Black Forest and its highlights. I will be arriving via train (railpass) in Freiburg at approx. 12:00 and need a way to see the sights of the region and make my way up to Baden Baden by days end (hotel in Baden Baden). Does anyone have any useful suggestions or know of any local tours or excursions that would travel from Freiburg to Baden Baden??

What is my best option?? Rent a car for a few hours?? Or are there any buses going between the two towns? Help!!

Thanks for your input.

Baden-Baden and Freiburg are both at the Rheintalbahn, a major railroad from Mannheim to Basel running in the Rhine Valley. There are frequent direct train connections, but this route is just along the Black Forest. I.e. you can see the Black Forest from distance if you look out of the right side.

What you can do - esp. with a rail pass:

Freiburg - Hell Valley Railroad - Titisee - Donaueschingen - Black Forest Railraod - Offenburg - Baden-Baden.

The two mentioned railroads are really scenic.

Recommended stop: Triberg
