Nuremberg is a very nice old city that still has a wall as in the middle ages. Unfortunately almost the whole city was destroyed during WW2 so most buildings are not that old but they look nice.

They are pretty good shopping possibilities in the center of the city where cars are not allowed.

If you like to do some sightseeing: there is a very nice castle that you can visit, some nice churches, some museums (e.g. modern art, doll museum and the very good %26quot;Germanisches Nationalmuseum%26quot;).

Also, you can visit some places which are left from WW2 and a pretty new Documentation Center about WW2.

here you can find some further information in english:

In nearby Herzogenaurach - where the headquarters of Adidas and Puma are - there are factory outlets of both and some others.

Family? Younger kids? Than the Playmobil FunPark is a must visit.

There are vineyards towards Würzburg, but not directly around Nuremberg.

Two of Germany%26#39;s most interesting medieval towns are near Nuremberg.

Hello

Can you give me anymore information on the Clothing Outlets in Herzogenaurach. I was planning to visit the Adidas, Nike %26amp; Puma Outlet when I am in Nuremburg (End of May). I followed the link provided by the last poster and I noticed that there seems to be more outlets nearby, Sport Hoffman, Team Sport %26amp; GmBh. Are these also worth a Visit (I only have one day), what do they sell and are they cheap? .

Also are all outlets open to the public or do you need a trade membership card?

Any information is welcome
