I´m going to Berlin for 3 weeks with my boyfriend and we think it would be a good option but we don´t know Berlin neither any direct opinion from this accomodation! Please! Is Prenzlauer Berg a good base? What about GLS? Thanks!

Prenzlauer Berg is a pretty good base. You%26#39;ll find heaps of nice bars, restaurants and cafe in that area and it doesn%26#39;t take you long to get to Mitte where most of the sights are.

Hi,
I don%26#39;t know the apartments but the locations is excellent. The Kastanienallee is one of the hippest areas in Berlin with many trendy shops and countless nice bars and restaurants in walking distance. There is a tram stop in front of the GLS and a subway station around the corner so you easily get to most sights within a couple of minutes.
I%26#39;d say that it%26#39;s a perfect base for a long term stay! Unfortunately I can%26#39;t say anything about the apartments but the whole building has been restructured only 1 or 2 years ago so they should be perfectly fine.
