frankfurt-hahn airport

I am trying to get from the frankfrurt-hahn airport to kassel. having trouble finding information on train connections etc. any suggestions?

You probably have to go via Frankfurt-Main . Much has been wtitten on this site about the Frankfurt-Hahn airport and how to get from there to Frankfurt, which is quite a ways away.

Shuttle bus to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (main railway station).

Select at the timetable as means of transport %26quot;only local transport%26quot;.

You need to take a bus from Hahn to Frankfurt (90 mins to 2 hours ride). Bus stops at Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. Take ICE high speed train to Kassel from there (2 hours and something). Which city are you flying into Hahn from? There may be better airports to visit Kassel.
