Can anyone tell me anything about these 2 hotels?? Are they in a centrally located area to catch transportation for sightseeing and are they easy to get to from tegel airport. Thank you!

Both hotels are in the Ku%26#39;Damm area in the former Western part of the city. Berlins city centre is fairly widespread and both hotels are in the western part of the city centre.
Both hotels are easily reached by public transport from Tegel airport. It%26#39;s also easy to get to Mitte (where most of the sights are situated) from both hotels. The one on Savignyplatz might be a bit more convinient as you have a S-Bahnstation on your doorstep and from there it takes you in a short time to Mitte. From the other hotel you have to catch a bus for a couple of stops or walk to the Zoo from where you easily get to Mitte. Anyway, you never really have to wait that long for a bus on the Ku%26#39;Damm.
