Reasonable hotel just east of Munich?

We are looking for a reasonable, say 3 star, hotel just east of Munich. Can anyone suggest somewhere that is nice, has easy parking, and from which we can easily access Munich please. I am thinking just outside the ring-road A99 perhaps´?

The Novotel Muenchen Messe is located east of the citz in Riem:

If you are traveling with family a few of the Accorhotels (www.accorhotels.com), allow up to 2 children under 16 to share the parent%26#39;s room without extra cost.

These are:

Novotel Muenchen City, from 109 Euro

Novotel Muenchen Messe, from 78 Euro

Mercure Muenchen Neuperlach Sued, from 103 Euro

I have already put them in order of desirability, the Novotel City is near the city, right next to the S-Bahn station %26quot;Rosenheimer Platz%26quot;, just 2 stops from the Marienplatz, the historical (and actual) centre of Munich. It has a swimming pool and breakfast is free for the children.

The Novotel Messe is in a suburb, right next to the fair, but it%26#39;s nice and new (opened 2004) and right next to the subway station %26quot;Messestadt West%26quot; and a shopping mall (also opened 2004). It is 12 stations which take 18 minutes from the city centre (Sendlinger Tor). Breakfast is free for the children.

The Mercure Neuperlach Sued is in comfort a category lower than the Novotels, but has a swimming pool. Breakfast is not free for the children. It is located near the subway station %26quot;Neuperlach Sued%26quot; which is 10 stations which take 15 minutes from the city centre (Karlsplatz).

I can recommend the %26quot;Hotel Brecherspitze%26quot;, St.-Martin-Str. 38, 81541 Muenchen-Giesing. It%26#39;s still in the City in the Eastern part. Rate last year was Euro 77.--. It%26#39;s a small family run place, clean and save. Tram 27 takes you in 15 minutes to the center.

Check: www.brecherspitze.com

Good luck!
