Public transport in Karlsruhe

Can anyone help me with a link to public transport timetables/maps, please?

I need to get from the railway station to the Staatstheater on a Saturday evening.

Thankyou.

Thanks for that, Abalada!

What a fantastic site DBahn is, I%26#39;ve used it many times for trains but hadn%26#39;t realized it listed local transport too. Amazing.

With the opera ticket/travel ticket ~ do you have to punch it before using it on the bus/tram or is it just a case of having it ready for inspection?

Thankyou.

If you go to the %26quot;Advanced Search%26quot; folder you can give even any address in Germany.

No need to punch the opera entrance ticket. I doubt it would even fit into the ticket validator. Unlike other tickets where the validity period starts at the time the ticket was stamped (or bought), here the 3 hours validity period is already fix, i.e. 3 hours before the time printed on the ticket when the opera will begin.

Great, thankyou!

One of these days I%26#39;ll realize my dream and retire to Germany! (Got to a) save up the money and b) be old enough to retire yet.....)
