Outlet near to Mannheim

Hello, somebody knows if there´s an Oulet in Mannheim or near to Mannheim? which is the nearest Outlet from Mannheim?

Although a fair ways away from Mannheim, Metzingen SE of Stuttgart has the most factory oulets of anyplace in Germany. Look at www.metzingen.de . The Baden-Wuerttemberg train ticket could be used from Mannheim to inexpensively get there.
