Which station for boat tour in Rudesheim?

I am going to take a river cruise tomorrow on the KD boatline. I will originate at the Frankfurt HBf. I%26#39;m a little confused about which station I should terminate at in Rudesheim. I found the information about the station should I originate in Bingen, but Rudesheim looks lovely, although it may not be worthwhile unless I take the 11:15 boat.

I plan to take the boat to Braubach and visit Marksburg Castle. From there I will train back to Frankfurt HBf from the Braubach Bf. Let me know if any of this isn%26#39;t going to work or if there is anything I might add. I am planning this week by the seat of my pants!

BTW, I have made all the plans for the day by researching past posts here on TA so I thank everyone for their past responses. All my touring this week is by myself as DH is working and I am not about to sit around the hotel room! Thank you TA members for making it possible.

Just use

To: Ruedesheim(Rhein)

and keep the default suggested by the DB timetable.

The other stops are bus stops, the ferry and the KD boat stop. But for these boat stops the DB timetable does not work well, alone due the fact that the system is always searching for the fastest connection.

If you return from Brauchbach by train you will use the east bank railroad through Rüdesheim.

To Bingen you%26#39;ll cross the Rhine near Mainz and from there on the west bank railroad.

Thus you could also board in Bingen and make a stopover on your way back in Rüdesheim. A train ticket Braubach to Frankfurt will allow such a stopover on the same day.
