What will Berlin be like in early to mid September?

Will the weather be good?

Will it be vibrant and cosmopolitan?

Will there be young travellers about?

September is generally one of the best months for Germany.

Otherwise: Berlin never sleeps. Not even in September ;-)

Berlin is vibrant and cosmopolitain from Jan 1st to Dec 31st only, so make sure your trip falls into that season! ;-)

Since Berlin has become the party Mekka of Europe there are always plenty of young and fashionable people in town.

As mentioned be the poster above: Sept is one of the best month in Germany weatherwise.

The only %26quot;warning%26quot;: Berlin Marathon is in September (as well as several major congresses) so book well in advance.

Avoid the first week of Sept there is a major electronics messe and hotels are top rate, sadly it is my birthday and I want to go,ouch!

now i know why hotel availability is so tight and rates so high during my stay in berlin (4-8 september) :-(

The average temperatue in Berlin in September is between 13 and 20 degrees but it also could be warmer. In generell September is a good month to visit Berlin.

Berlin is always vibrant and cosmopolitan and there are always young travellers about ... whatever time of the year.
